There's some strain. Light fracturing. No real cracks yet, but left alone, it would be.

The skill was pretty immense... I've remembered him doing it before, transferring the power from my eyes into magical blasts from his hands. They killed people instantly...

I can fix up the damage already done. And I do have a few things I can add. In theory they should work, it makes sense, but it would be the first real test to the theory.

But demon summoning I'm very good at. It won't accidentally do the reverse. It just might be useless. Or possibly strange fever dreams.

What I've got is closer to magic that would invade dreams. Thus the possibility of fever dreams.

That would be why I wasn't surprised by Solstice's little skill. [Haha, I will always make jokes about it.] I was rather annoyed at him, played a prank, and he turned it around by throwing me that curveball. Well, his subconscious did.
