Memory 30 - Trivial Positive

Memory 29: Teasing Ferris~ AKA Ryner is an ass

What he learns?

- Ehh? Iris' boyfriend likes HIM? Children are weird. 0_o
- FERRIS SAYS THE MOST ANNOYING LIES EVER!!!
- She might actually be trying to kill him...
- SION DESERVES WHATEVER HE GETS!!!
- Ferris is way too mean in her denials of their relationship. -_-
- Trolling Ferris is super fun! :D

What this means to Aather?

Apparently, the fastest way to distract Ferris from an annoying topic is to embarrass the hell out of her! Good to know! Though it requires another party to distract her with questions. :|a Will file for later.

Memory 31 - Significant Negative

Memory 31: Alpha

Today's memory is a special treat! It comes in two forms! Video and book. Be forewarned, book is much more graphic and disturbing. Book is what I will be using, but video is just for extra visual.

VIDEO:
Start here until scene switch. There's a little more but I don't feel like jumping forward for a little snippet. Memory ends with Alpha attacking Ryner with claws.

BOOK:
Still too lazy to C/P. Start at the diamond half-way point and continue until "Only a scream was heard."

What he learns?
- His head is full of really scary stuff. Like ground made of blood and walls made of organic innards and such. Ew.
- When he's in his conscious, there's some sort of spell surrounding his body.
- He can hear the same voice there as he hears in his head before his Alpha Stigma takes over.
- He ended up here after he got stabbed. Does that mean he's really dead after all? D:
- THE OWNER OF ALPHA STIGMA IS SCARY AS FUCK. And also RIDICULOUSLY POWERFUL AND BAD BAD BAD. And something that seriously shouldn't be. THIS is what's inside of him?! OMG!
- It's called Alpha.
- Apparently if it eats his part of his conscious, it will be free of its seal and be able to take over completely!
- Even in his memory, he doesn't know what the hell Alpha is talking about. Something about a seal, a door, a contract, a key... And Solver of All Equations.

What this means to Aather?

This memory is extremely CRUSHING for Ryner since it pretty much does its best to REVERSE all the progress anyone has ever made in getting him to accept being around people and allow himself to be close to them. This tells him that something completely HORRIFIC exists inside him and that it's power is enormous. Ryner has no idea whether he can control something like this. And is now PRETTY MUCH TERRIFIED of taking any chances with his emotions. He's lost it before at Aather and people have just barely been able to help him back. But... what if one time they couldn't or they took too long... THIS THING COULD TAKE OVER. He's not even too sure the power cap could restrict Alpha since Alpha reads PERSONAE LEVEL. He seriously scares him to death because of the mere realization that that thing could be, through him, close to the people he cares about. And he knows Alpha cares for NOTHING and only wishes to see death and destruction. This is pretty much crippling Ryner entirely on interaction with others. And will be very, very hard to shake...

Hell, he's so traumatized by Alpha, he's not even thinking though the "could be dead" implications here. Or really, what Solver of All Equations means about him.

Just. OMG.

Memory 32 - Significant Positive

Memory 32: Ilna

Warning, this is probably the most fucked up sig positive EVER for Ryner. Yes, this beats Reed getting his jollies from Asruld stabbing him in the face or eating him. |D As with before we have TWO FLAVORS. Book is what I will be using. Book is VERY GRAPHIC.

Pick up where we left off from Memory 31 and continue until Alpha interrupts them with his scream.

What he learns?
- There is a woman living within Alpha??
- She's so familiar... But it hurts to think about it too much. Just seeing her makes him so sad...
- She knows him!
- But she said she's been waiting all this time to meet him. What does that even mean? She says she can't tell him anything else because of the contract. AHH, WHY IS THIS ALL SO DAMN CONFUSING?!
- It hurts him so much when she looks sad. :(
- She loves him... She wants to protect him.
- Lieral? Why is that so familiar... And why does it hurt the same way it does when he tries to concentrate on the woman? What's going on?
- What happened when Alpha restored himself? HOW DID HE EVEN DO THAT?

what this means to Aather?

This is a super confusing memory for Ryner since he has no idea who the woman is or why she affects him the way she does. All he knows is that this woman he can't remember at all seems to love him. Really love him. How can that be? He's never heard that from anyone but Sion ad Ferris... Not this way. Just hearing her say that makes him feel so calm inside. It's like it's all he wants to hear. It feels so wonderful just to be close to her, to hear her voice... What happened to her?
