stigmateyesBasically, this is the highest level of Estabul magic and is primed for multi-target attack.
Multi-target blast:
- I'm too lazy to hunt down a pretty image of this.
- This is pretty damn powerful so I'll be capping it slightly since it will already use a metric ton of magic.
- This is stolen magic so it will take a lot more out of Ryner to use it.
- "I offer up this contract to unleash the power of the spirit which envelopes the air!"
