Memory 34 - Trivial Positive
Mar. 4th, 2012 06:09 pmMemory 34: Kill the King
Memory goes here from 13:05 until the end of the episode. Ignore the parts without Ryner.
What he learns?
- Messing with Sion always makes him and Sion feel better!
- Both him and Ferris are unsure what's precious to Sion.
- They took out the real assassins. Yeah, it still really bothers him that Sion has to worry about real assassins, on top of everything else he must've gone through back then.
- ... Must stand not so close to Miilk and her Izuchi. Ow.
- Hey. He really did try to kill Sion with a dictionary. He should refine that idea sometime. :|a
- Sion totally doesn't care that Ryner talks about killing him, aside from threatening him in turn. While he knows they'e both joking like morons, this memory has more of a heaviness to it now than it did back then. :(
- This is the same memory Sion told him about, where he learned that people call Sion the Hero King. This also gets to Ryner more now that he knows how Sion must really feel as he talks about his destiny to be king and having great confidence.
- Actually this whole memory is awkward now, especially when Ryner says he'd kill Sion to bring peace to the nation. :( It's less funny when it's almost actually true. :(
- He can already see how much everything's wearing on Sion. :(
- Like his other memory, he's encouraged Sion to give up work more than once.
- FERRIS NEEDS TO STOP TELLING PEOPLE HE'S SEDUCING THEM!!! AND SION DOESN'T EVEN CARE. o9
What this means in Aather?
While this is mostly a dippy memory of him and Ferris being dorks, it now carries much more serious tones because of what he now knows about Sion, Nelpha and the Hero. So this memory will most likely have a sobering effect on him. :( It's funny, but there's a sense of awkward to it.
