Memory 29: Trying to stab out Alpha Stigma

As to why this is listed as sig neu and not sig neg, it's easier for Ryner to deal with than a sig neg and the only neg part is recalling how he felt at the time.

Well, I think the pics speak for themselves, I will explain just in case. Basically, this is young Ryner trying to gouge his eyes out because Alpha Stigma is such a burden and only brings death ad pain to those around him. He hates himself. Also, it doesn't work because Ryner's eyes cannot be damaged by anything not divine. This means they can't be ripped out/removed in any fashion. In fact, the only way to damage them is with a hero relic or the stones Gastark uses to activate their power and remove them. Ew.

As can be seen by the broken blades around him, Ryner tried many times and probably fucked up the skin around his eyes pretty bad. I think this manga is toning down the actual damage that would occur when a blade slides off your eyeball. predict some fairly deep wounds would have occurred around the eyes as well. :|b

What he learns?
-.... yep, he surely did try to gouge his own eyes out.
- His eyes cannot be damaged by anything normal.

What this means to Aather?
Chance of offering to stab self in games that require it: HIGH. I mean, WHAT CAN IT HURT? \o/

Other than that, this memory sucks, especially with the recollection of the extreme despair and self-hate going on at the time. But Ryner can also shake it because of the support he has and knows he has in Aather. It's still scary though. :(
