[ If you had paid visit before, you might notice that where you start seems fairly familiar. But since most of you haven't… the first thing you'll notice is red. Dark red all around you. The sky, the ground—everything is red. It's impossible to make out anything among the color. But if you attempt to stare at any particular space for too long, you'll discover it pulses, flows.

And then there is a laugh that you are probably very acquainted with by now, only this time it’s LOUDER, wracking inside your skull. ]

FOOLISH WORMS! THIS IS MY DOMAIN NOW. YOU SHALL ALL PERISH. TORN ASUNDER. NOTHING LEFT.

Also, I futzed up by not putting up a mingle header. If you show up late and want to talk to Alpha in addition to/instead of the second NPC, let me know. I doubt many people really want to talk to Alpha though... ))

Okay if we come in for a bit? I think there may be something we can help with in there, if Kunzite was anything to go by.

[ Haruki-zile sniffs a bit ]

[ Probably. ]

[petting him, then going inside the cabin. Holding the door open that the others, fuzzies included, can follow her if they so desire]

[ Probably just this one and Burupya for now.

Once inside, you find yourself instantly warmed up. There are tasty smells coming from the kitchen. Amethyst’s book shelf rests against a wall in the main room, along with a table with a silver tree-like object in its center. There is a door leading to the bedroom and another one leading back outside. Lafra’s perch also rests to the side of the main room, but the songbird appears nowhere in sight. ]

[going over to the tree-like object, touching it with her fingertips. That was a useful thing to do, back in Kunzite]

[ She might actually recognize the tree as the one that holds the crystal feathers symbolizing all of Amethyst's missing members. Touching the tree gets her an overwhelming feeling of FAILURE! ]

[wincing back, tearing up a little] Night... You didn't fail. [still, the feeling is one that resonates with her just a little too much]

[swallowing hard and going over to Lafra's perch. Touching that as well]

[ It feels mostly cold, as if Lafra hasn't been there for a while. But there is a tiny portion that feels a bit warmer. When you touch it, you are feel lost, can they really understand? what if they leave too? like everyone else? is it worth it to keep trying... ]

[her eyes overflow at that, and she throws her arms around the bird perch, resting the top of her head on the perch itself] I- I can't promise... I... But I don't want to leave. Not you... not any of you.

[ Welp, she's hugging an empty bird perch... ]

[right. no time to be falling apart! Going over to the bookshelf, shuffling through the books to see if there's anything interesting or unusual there]

[ The bookshelf appears to be in some odd shape. A few of the books are where they should be on their shelf. A couple are on a shelf slightly higher up. One is all the way on the top surface. Some appear to have been dropped on the floor nearby the shelf. ]

[gathering the fallen books and flipping through them]

[ Their covers say 'Corvus' and '???'

Corvus' feels curious and protective when you flip through. The blank-cover book feels HORRIED as you flip through. They both look scuffed from their fall. ]

[Do other books on the shelves have teammate names on them?]

[ Well, the only ones you can see easily from here are 'Jill,' 'Haruki,' and 'Pepper' on the main shelf. ]

[stretching up onto her tiptoes, to see if she can read the spines on the slightly-higher-up shelf]

[ 'Lyra,' 'Sunset' and 'Luna.' ]

[sliding the Corvus book in next to the others. Taking a moment to pick up the Sunset book, out of curiosity]
