Advanced first aid and awesome bed side manner
Basically, what it says. Ryner is a pretty good field nurse and knows how to treat wounds properly to prevent infection and stuff like that. Also, he's good at keeping people calm and staying by their side as long as it takes. He particularly does this often with Ferris.
